As a Synergist, he can cast Bravery, Faith, Haste, Protect, Shell, and Vigilance, significantly boosting your party's offensive and defensive capabilities. For his Crystarium, prioritize unlocking all Synergist abilities and stat bonuses first. After that, develop his Commando role to make him a more effective damage dealer. His Magic stat is generally lower, so focus on physical damage for his Commando role. Equip him with weapons like the Spica or Deneb, which often boost his Magic for Synergist spells or provide ATB bonuses. Accessories that reduce casting time or boost Magic are also beneficial.
