Movement in FFXIV is standard for most MMORPGs. Use WASD for movement, Q and E for strafing, and the mouse for camera control. You can also click to move. Abilities are typically bound to number keys (1-0) and modifier keys (Shift, Ctrl, Alt). Familiarize yourself with these controls in a safe area before engaging in combat. Controller support is excellent, and many players prefer it.
