Veronica, as the main antagonist of Book I, is a formidable Red Tome user. Her unique weapon, 'Élivágar', often inflicts debuffs on your units or prevents them from counter-attacking. She typically has high Attack and Resistance. Weaknesses: Blue Lance or Blue Tome users are your best bet due to the Weapon Triangle advantage. Units with high Resistance can also tank her hits. Strategy: Focus on eliminating her support units first. Use a strong Blue unit to engage Veronica directly. If she has 'Distant Defense' or similar skills, try to bait her into attacking a unit she's weak against. Consider bringing a dancer/singer to allow your main attacker to retreat or attack twice. Be wary of her 'Savage Blow' or 'Poison Strike' skills that can chip away at your health.
