New Game+ Features
After completing your first playthrough of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, you unlock New Game+ (NG+), offering a wealth of benefits that allow for a more streamlined and enriched subsequent experience. This feature lets you carry over progress and unlock new options.
New Game+ allows you to retain certain elements from your previous save file, making subsequent playthroughs more manageable and offering opportunities to explore different paths or optimize your strategies. It's designed to reward players for their dedication and encourage replayability.
Key New Game+ Features:
- Renown Carryover: Your accumulated Renown from previous playthroughs is carried over. Renown is used to unlock various perks and bonuses at the Monastery, such as increased activity points, better shop inventories, and access to special classes.
- Professor Level Carryover: Your Professor Level is also retained. This means you start with a higher Professor Level, granting you more activity points per week from the outset and access to advanced teaching options earlier.
- Support Ranks Carryover: Many Support Ranks between characters can be carried over. This significantly speeds up the process of building relationships and unlocking support conversations in subsequent playthroughs.
- Skills and Abilities Carryover: Certain learned skills and abilities can be carried over, allowing your units to start with a stronger foundation.
- Item and Gold Carryover: You can choose to carry over a portion of your gold and certain items, providing a financial and material advantage from the beginning.
- Gauntlet Unlocks: Completing certain objectives or routes in your first playthrough may unlock new Gauntlets or challenges in NG+.
- New Dialogue and Interactions: While the core story remains the same, some dialogue or character interactions might be subtly altered or expanded upon in NG+ to acknowledge your previous playthrough.

To initiate New Game+, simply select the 'New Game' option from the main menu after completing a playthrough and loading your cleared save file. You will then be prompted to choose which elements you wish to carry over.
