Class Base Stats

Class Growth Rates
When a unit levels up while in a specific class, their stats increase based on both their individual growth rates and the growth rates of that class. For instance, if a unit has a high Strength growth and levels up as a Brigand (which also has a high Strength growth), their Strength will increase significantly. Conversely, leveling up as a Mage will not boost their Strength much, even with a high personal growth.
