Golden Freddy is an elusive and highly dangerous animatronic that can appear from Night 3 onwards. He is not a physical animatronic but rather a ghostly apparition. He can appear in two primary ways:

  • In the Office: He will appear slumped in your office chair. If you see him, immediately put on the Freddy Fazbear Head. Keep it on until he disappears. If you hesitate, he will jump scare you.
  • In the Main Hallway: He can also appear as a giant floating head in the main hallway. If you see this, quickly flash your flashlight at him until he vanishes. Do not put on the mask in this scenario, as it will not deter him and will leave you vulnerable.
Golden Freddy is often triggered by looking at CAM 07 when he is active, but he can also appear randomly. His appearances are rare but demand immediate and correct action, as any delay will result in a game over.
