Balloon Boy (BB) is a unique threat on Night 4. He moves through the game area and enters your office via the left vent. You'll hear his distinctive laugh and 'Hi!' when he's active. If you see him in the left vent opening, you must immediately put on the Freddy Fazbear Head. Keep it on until he leaves. If BB successfully enters your office, he will stand in the corner, laughing and disabling your flashlight. This is incredibly dangerous, as you can no longer deter Withered Foxy or check the hallway for other threats. Preventing BB from entering is paramount. Prioritize checking the left vent for him, especially after hearing his audio cues. His presence in the office is a soft game over, as it makes survival nearly impossible.
