To access Chica's Party, on Night 3, click on the cupcake on your desk in your office. You play as Chica, and your objective is to deliver cupcakes to the crying children. Navigate through the level, jumping over obstacles and delivering cupcakes. There are several children who need cupcakes. Once all cupcakes are delivered, you'll find a crying child in a hidden area. This minigame requires some precise platforming. Successfully completing it contributes to the 'Good Ending' and sheds light on the animatronics' desire to help the lost souls.
