If you switch to a camera and see his face staring back at you, immediately switch to another camera or close your monitor. If you stare at him for too long, he will jump scare you, causing a ventilation error. This phantom is particularly annoying because he can appear on any camera, forcing you to be vigilant while checking Springtrap's location. Prioritize avoiding his jump scare to maintain system integrity.
