Phantom Mangle is a hallucination that appears on your camera monitor, often on CAM 04. Her 'build' is unique as her jump scare causes an audio error, disabling your ability to use audio lures. Her weakness is your ability to quickly switch cameras or close your monitor. If you see Phantom Mangle on a camera, immediately switch away or close your monitor. If you get jump scared, you must immediately open the 'Maintenance Panel' and 'Reboot All' to fix the audio system. Losing your audio lures, even for a short time, can be catastrophic, especially on later nights when Springtrap is highly aggressive.
