Showcase Events are unique, cinematic races that pit you against unconventional opponents like trains, planes, or hot air balloons. These events are scripted and designed for spectacle, offering a thrilling break from traditional racing. They are unlocked as you progress through the main championships. There are usually 5-6 Showcase Events in the base game. While they don't offer significant competitive challenge, they are a highlight of the Horizon Festival experience and provide substantial XP and credit rewards upon completion.
