There are three primary currencies in Forza Horizon 4, each serving a distinct purpose:

  • Credits (CR): The main in-game currency. Used to buy cars from the Autoshow and Auction House, purchase upgrades, pay for house fast travel, and buy houses. Earned from races, skill chains, selling cars, and Wheelspins.
  • Influence: Represents your progression towards becoming a Horizon Superstar. Earning Influence levels you up, unlocks new events, and grants Wheelspins. Earned from almost every activity in the game, including racing, exploring, PR Stunts, and skill chains.
  • Forzathon Points (FP): A special currency used exclusively in the Forzathon Shop. Earned primarily by participating in Forzathon Live events and completing daily/weekly Forzathon Challenges. Used to buy exclusive cars, clothing, emotes, and car horns.
