Gang Beasts is a game focused on pure, physics-based brawling. As such, there are no traditional 'items' or 'equipment' in the sense of weapons, armor, or collectibles that you pick up and use to gain an advantage. Your character's only tools are their wobbly limbs and the environment itself.
