  • The Binding of Isaac: Epiphany: Wave 7: This mod adds new variants for all characters in Repentance, expanding character choices and replayability.
  • Sewing Machine: Created by Udolfie, this mod allows players to upgrade familiars during a run. It also includes 3 new items, 5 new trinkets, and 3 new cards related to the Sewing Machine.
  • Tainted Treasure Rooms: Developed by sgjd01, this mod introduces a new room type with 50 new Tainted Items. These items are warped counterparts of existing treasures, requiring players to make difficult choices to acquire them.
