Items & Equipment

Garry's Mod offers an extensive collection of items and equipment through various community-created mods, significantly expanding gameplay possibilities. These additions range from passive collectibles with unique effects to active items that introduce new mechanics or enhance existing ones. Players can customize their experience by selecting from themed collections or individual items.

  • Gospel: A passive collectible that allows Isaac to fire bursts of static feather projectiles, similar to Dogma. It can be found in devil and angel rooms and synergizes with many items, such as Spoon Bender, which turns feathers purple.
  • Car Battery Enhancements: This mod makes Car Battery work with an additional 26 active items, which previously had no effect with the item. Most synergies offer unique secondary effects rather than simply activating the same effect twice.
  • The Rotten Collection: This mod adds 8 new rotten-themed items and trinkets, including one new trinket and seven new passive items (three of which are familiars). These items will appear in the game.
  • The Toybox Collection: This mod introduces a collection of toys, featuring one new active item and eight new passive items. It supports "External Item Descriptions" and "Encyclopedia."
  • The Golden Collection: This collection adds a trove of treasures, including 4 new trinkets, 5 new active items, 11 new passive items, and 3 new pickups, along with a new "Slot" machine.
  • The Sewage Collection: This mod adds one new trinket, one new active item, six new passive items, a new pickup "modifier," and a new card. It supports "External Item Descriptions."
