To reach the secret island, you will need a character with Cryo abilities to create an ice bridge across the water. Having multiple Cryo characters or using Anemo abilities to spread the ice shelf can significantly speed up the journey. On the South Beach of the island, near the camping area, a Level 37 Ruin Guard awaits. Players can gain an advantage by leading the Ruin Guard to a cliff and fighting from above.
Upon interacting with a sundial on the island, which has markings referencing Wind and Light, the quest "Time and the Wind" will begin.
