Prologue: Act II - For a Tomorrow Without Tears
Prologue: Act II - For a Tomorrow Without Tears unlocks once players reach Adventure Rank 10. This act continues the main story, guiding players through Mondstadt to confront the windstorm caused by Stormterror. Advancing through the story requires increasing your Adventure Rank, with Act III becoming available at Adventure Rank 18.
To reach the Secret Island, which is not shown on the in-game map, players will need a character with Cryo abilities to create an ice bridge across the sea. This process can take 5-10 minutes with one Cryo character. On the south side of the island, near a camping area, a level 37 Ruin Guard is found sleeping. Players should be prepared for a fight if they engage it.
The Secret Island also features a sundial that, upon interaction, begins the quest "Time and the Wind." This quest is recommended for players with a party level of 40. Completing "Time and the Wind" rewards players with:
- 500x AEP
- 60x Primogems
- 4x Hero's Wit
- 6x Mystic Enhancement Ore
- 60,000x Mora
Additionally, completing "Time and the Wind" unlocks the "Nothing to Lose But Time" achievement, granting 5 Primogems for uncovering the secrets of two sundials. A key step in this quest involves destroying a shovel piled against rocks on the south side of the island, near where the Ruin Guard was, to find and read a Ragged Notebook underneath.
