Ghost Armor
The Ghost Armor is a prominent and powerful armor set in Ghost of Tsushima, unlocked through story progression. This armor is particularly useful for players who wish to embrace Jin's new identity as 'The Ghost.' Equipping the Ghost Armor can also reduce the number of kills required to enter Ghost Stance.
The Ghost Armor is a story-related item, meaning its acquisition is tied to advancing through the main narrative of the game. Specifically, Ghost Stance, which is enhanced by the Ghost Armor, is unlocked during "The Ghost of Yarikawa" main quest. To enter Ghost Stance, you typically need to kill 7 enemies without taking damage. However, with the Ghost Armor equipped, this requirement is lowered to 6 kills without upgrades, and further reduced to 5 kills when the armor is fully upgraded.
The Ghost Armor is part of the broader 'Armor' equipment category, which also includes other sets like Gosaku Armor, Kensei Armor, Fundoshi Armor, and Tadayori's Armor. Beyond armor, Jin Sakai can wield Swords, Bows, Major Charms, Minor Charms, Helmets, and Masks. The game also features various collectibles and locations such as Shinto Shrines, Inari Shrines, Hot Springs, Bamboo Strikes, Haiku spots, Singing Crickets, Vanity Gear, and Sashimono Banners and Saddles.
