Sources of Legend Points:
- Combat: The most consistent source of Legend points comes from engaging in combat. Successfully defeating enemies, especially using skillful techniques like parries, perfect dodges, and employing different stances against various enemy types, grants more points. Executing chain assassinations, using Ghost weapons effectively, and winning standoffs also contribute significantly.
- Quests: Completing main story missions and side tales (Tales of Tsushima) are major contributors to your Legend. Each completed quest awards a substantial amount of Legend points, with main story missions generally offering more than side tales.
- Exploration: Discovering new locations, finding collectibles like Shinto Shrines, Hot Springs, and Bamboo Strikes, and liberating occupied territories also award Legend points. Even simply reaching a new area on the map can grant a small bonus.
