Upon launching Gloria Victis, your first step is to create your character. You'll choose between three warring nations: the proud Midlanders, the fierce Ismirs, or the cunning Sangmars. Each nation has unique starting zones and cultural aesthetics, but no inherent stat bonuses. Your choice dictates your allies and enemies in the ongoing Faction War. Consider playing with friends or joining a nation with a strong community. After selecting your nation, customize your character's appearance. While cosmetic, a character you enjoy looking at enhances immersion. Remember, your faction choice is permanent for that character, so choose wisely!
