Pigeon Locations
Welcome, fellow Triad! If you're aiming for 100% completion in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, or just want to annoy the local wildlife, you'll need to track down all 100 "Pigeons" (also known as "Doves of Peace" or "Flying Rats"). These collectibles are scattered across Liberty City, often in hard-to-reach or obscure spots. Destroying all of them will unlock the "Pigeon Pooper" achievement and net you a significant cash reward, along with a special weapon delivery at your safehouse.
General Strategies for Hunting Pigeons
- Listen Carefully: Pigeons emit a distinct cooing sound when you are nearby. Keep your volume up and pay attention to audio cues.
- Look Up and Down: Many pigeons are on rooftops, ledges, under bridges, or in alleys. Don't just scan at eye level.
- Use the Map: While this guide provides detailed locations, having a general idea of where you are on the in-game map will help immensely.
- Weapon of Choice: A good ranged weapon is essential. The Pistol is fine for most, but the SMG or Assault Rifle offers more rapid fire for tricky shots. For pigeons on high ledges, the Sniper Rifle is invaluable.
- Vehicle Access: Some pigeons require you to exit your vehicle and climb. Others can be shot from a moving car if you're quick.
- Mark Your Progress: The game tracks your destroyed pigeons. You can check your stats in the PDA to see how many you have left.

Bohan (25 Pigeons)

- Bohan Industrial:
- Pigeon 1: On top of the large warehouse near the docks, accessible via a ramp.
- Pigeon 2: Underneath the northernmost bridge connecting Bohan to Dukes, on a support beam.
- Pigeon 3: On a small ledge of the factory building, directly across from the "Bohan Safehouse."
- Northern Gardens:
- Pigeon 4: In the small park, perched on the statue in the center.
- Pigeon 5: On the roof of the "Northern Gardens Medical Center," requiring a vehicle jump or careful climbing.
- Fortside:
- Pigeon 6: On the awning of the "Burger Shot" restaurant.
- Pigeon 7: Hidden behind the large billboard near the intersection of two main roads.
Dukes (25 Pigeons)
Dukes is characterized by its suburban feel, parks, and the airport. Many pigeons are found in open areas or on low-lying buildings.
- Francis International Airport:
- Pigeon 26: On the roof of the main terminal building, accessible by finding a ramp or using a helicopter if available.
- Pigeon 27: Near the runway, on top of a small control tower.

Broker (25 Pigeons)
Broker is a diverse borough with residential areas, the beach, and the industrial zone. Expect a mix of ground-level and elevated pigeons.
- Beachgate:
- Pigeon 51: On the boardwalk railing, overlooking the ocean.
- Pigeon 52: At the end of the pier, on the small lighthouse structure.
- East Island City:
- Pigeon 53: On the roof of the "East Island City Police Station."
- Pigeon 54: Inside the construction site, on a stack of pipes.
- Outlook Park:
- Pigeon 55: On the railing of the park's main viewpoint, offering a scenic shot.
Algonquin (25 Pigeons)
Algonquin is the bustling heart of Liberty City, filled with skyscrapers, busy streets, and hidden alleys. These pigeons are often the trickiest to find due to the dense urban environment.
- Star Junction:
- Pigeon 76: On a high ledge of the "Star Junction Times" building, requiring a good vantage point or a sniper rifle.
- Pigeon 77: On top of the bus stop shelter near the central fountain.
- Middle Park:
- Pigeon 78: Near the "Middle Park" statue, on a low branch of a tree.
- Pigeon 79: Underneath the pedestrian bridge that crosses the park.
- Chinatown:
- Pigeon 80: On the roof of the "Chinatown Safehouse," accessible by climbing a nearby dumpster and jumping.
- Pigeon 81: Hidden in an alleyway, perched on a fire escape ladder.
- Lower Algonquin:
- Pigeon 82: On a window ledge of a tall office building, requiring a precise shot from the street or a nearby rooftop.
- Pigeon 83: Under the elevated train tracks, on a support pillar.
