Rampages are timed challenges scattered throughout Liberty City, marked by a skull icon on your mini-map. Completing rampages earns you cash rewards and contributes to your overall game completion. Some rampages can be quite challenging, requiring precise aiming and strategic use of the environment. Successfully completing all rampages is a significant step towards 100% completion.
