Portland Island:

  • Key Areas: Red Light District, Saint Mark's, Portland Docks, Trenton, Harwood
  • Dominant Gangs: Leone Family, Triads, Diablos
  • Characteristics: Industrial, working-class, many narrow streets and alleys.

Staunton Island:

  • Key Areas: Fort Staunton, Aspatria, Bedford Point, Torrington, Belleville Park
  • Dominant Gangs: Yakuza, Colombian Cartel, Yardies
  • Characteristics: Commercial, high-rise buildings, more open roads, central park.

Shoreside Vale:

  • Key Areas: Pike Creek, Wichita Gardens, Francis International Airport, Cochrane Dam
  • Dominant Gangs: Colombian Cartel, Hoods
  • Characteristics: Suburban, residential, airport, dam, more winding roads.
