Dwayne Forge (Friend): Dwayne, a former gang leader, can send backup. After reaching a good friendship level, Niko can call Dwayne to request a small group of gang members to assist him in combat. This can turn the tide in difficult firefights.

To improve these relationships and unlock their special abilities, Niko must regularly hang out with his friends, taking them to various activities like bowling, darts, drinking, or eating. Each successful outing increases the friendship meter, eventually unlocking their unique perks. Maintaining these relationships is crucial, as neglecting friends can cause their friendship level to drop, temporarily revoking their benefits.
