This is your very first mission in Liberty City, introducing you to Niko Bellic and his cousin, Roman. It serves as a tutorial for basic movement and driving. The primary objective is to get acquainted with Roman and his taxi business.
Upon arriving in Liberty City, Niko is greeted by his cousin Roman, who immediately tries to impress him with tales of wealth and success – most of which are exaggerated. This mission sets the tone for their relationship and introduces You to the initial setting of Broker.
While this mission establishes the console-style driving physics of Liberty City, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars later reimagined this urban landscape through a top-down, arcade-inspired lens.
