Accessing Radio Stations
You can change radio stations while in any vehicle. Simply press the designated button (Left on the D-Pad for Xbox 360, Left on the D-Pad for PlayStation 3, or the 'Q' key by default on PC) to cycle through the available stations. Holding the button/key will bring up a radial menu, allowing for quicker selection.
Customizing Your Listening Experience
While GTA IV doesn't allow for custom music imports on consoles, PC players have the option to create a custom radio station called "Independence FM."
- For PC Players (Independence FM):
- Navigate to your "My Documents" folder.
- Locate the "Rockstar Games" folder, then "GTA IV", and finally "User Music".
- Copy your desired MP3 or WMA audio files into this "User Music" folder.
- Launch Grand Theft Auto IV.
