- Vehicle Choice: Grab a fast, durable car or a motorcycle. A motorcycle is often preferred for its maneuverability.
- Pursuit: Follow Torini's boat as it speeds through the waterways. You'll be driving along the shorelines of Shoreside Vale.
- Avoid Damage: Torini's boat will drop mines and have armed guards shooting at you. Stay clear of the mines and try to maintain a safe distance while keeping him in sight.
- Destroy the Boat: You'll need to destroy his boat. Use an SMG for drive-bys if on a motorcycle, or an M4/AK-47 if you can get a clear shot from a car. A Rocket Launcher (if you have ammo) can end this phase quickly.
- Phase 2: On-Foot Confrontation:
- Landing Zone: After the boat is destroyed, Torini will escape to a specific area (often a small island or pier).
