Beyond the main storyline and side missions, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories offers a wealth of collectibles that not only provide a sense of accomplishment but also unlock valuable in-game rewards. This comprehensive guide will walk you through finding every hidden package, completing every unique jump, and tracking down every vehicle for the import/export lists. Prepare to explore every nook and cranny of Liberty City!

Hidden Packages (100 Total)

Hidden Packages are small, glowing icons scattered across Liberty City. Collecting them is crucial for unlocking weapon spawns at your safehouses and earning cash bonuses. There are 100 packages in total, divided across the three islands. We recommend tackling these once you have access to all islands and a reliable vehicle, preferably a helicopter for easier access to rooftops.

Portland Island (30 Packages)

• St. Mark's Bistro Rooftop: Park a vehicle next to the building's side entrance in St. Mark's and use it to jump onto the lower roof. Navigate across to the higher section to find the package.
• Portland Docks Crane: Climb the ladder of the large crane in the Portland Docks area. The package is at the very top.
• Red Light District Alleyway: In an alley behind the "Sex Club 7" in the Red Light District, tucked away near some dumpsters.
• Bitch'n' Dog Food Factory: On the roof of the Bitch'n' Dog Food Factory, accessible by jumping from a nearby building or using a helicopter.
• Atlantic Quays Lighthouse: At the very top of the lighthouse in Atlantic Quays. You'll need to climb the spiral staircase inside.

Staunton Island (40 Packages)

• Phil Cassidy's Army Surplus Roof: Use a fast car to ramp onto the roof of Phil Cassidy's Army Surplus store. The package is near the air conditioning units.
• Belleville Park Fountain: In the center of the large fountain in Belleville Park. You'll need to swim to it.
• Fort Staunton Construction Site: Within the unfinished building in the Fort Staunton construction zone, often on an upper floor accessible via ramps or scaffolding.
• Liberty Campus Library: On the roof of the Liberty Campus library building. A helicopter is highly recommended for this one.
• Torrington Hotel Entrance: Tucked away behind one of the large pillars at the main entrance of the Torrington Hotel.

Shoreside Vale (30 Packages)

• Francis International Airport Control Tower: At the base of the control tower at Francis International Airport. Be wary of the security presence.
• Cochrane Dam Spillway: On one of the lower platforms of the Cochrane Dam spillway. Careful not to fall into the water!
• Pike Creek Warehouse Roof: On the roof of a large warehouse in Pike Creek, accessible by jumping from a nearby elevated road.
• Cedar Grove Cemetery Mausoleum: Inside one of the open mausoleums in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
• Wichita Gardens Apartment Balcony: On a balcony of one of the apartment buildings in Wichita Gardens. You'll likely need to use a helicopter.

Unique Jumps (26 Total)

Unique Jumps are specific ramps or elevated surfaces that, when hit at high speed, trigger a cinematic slow-motion sequence. Successfully completing all 26 unique jumps is required for 100% completion and earns you a cash reward. A fast, durable vehicle like the Banshee or a PCJ-600 motorcycle is ideal for these challenges.

General Tips for Unique Jumps:

• Speed is Key: Most jumps require significant speed to clear the gap or land successfully.
• Angle Matters: Adjust your approach to hit the ramp squarely. A slight angle can send you off course.
• Practice Makes Perfect: Don't get discouraged if you don't nail it on the first try. Repetition is often necessary.
• Look for the Landing Zone: Before attempting a jump, try to identify a safe landing area to avoid crashing or falling into water.

Notable Unique Jump Locations:

• Portland View Drawbridge: Use the raised section of the drawbridge as a ramp. Approach from the Portland View side at maximum speed.
• Trenton Construction Ramp: A wooden ramp within the Trenton construction site, leading over a gap to another section.
• Staunton Island Bridge Sections: Several jumps involve using broken sections of bridges connecting Staunton Island to other areas.
• Shoreside Vale Airport Ramps: Look for natural ramps and small hills around Francis International Airport that lead to impressive airtime.
• Fort Staunton Rubble: After certain story missions, the destruction in Fort Staunton creates new opportunities for unique jumps using debris and collapsed structures.

Import/Export Vehicle Lists (3 Lists)

The Import/Export garages require you to deliver specific vehicles for cash rewards. There are three separate lists, each with a different garage location and set of vehicles. Completing all three lists is essential for 100% completion and provides substantial income.

Located in Harwood, Portland. This list typically features common, everyday vehicles.

• List 1 Vehicles:

  • Bobcat
  • Cheetah
  • Esperanto
  • Idaho
  • Infernus
  • Landstalker
  • Perennial
  • Stinger
• Strategy: These vehicles are relatively easy to find driving around Portland. Keep an eye out during your regular travels.

Portland Docks Garage (Portland Island)

Located in the Portland Docks. This list often includes utility and service vehicles.
