Whether you're stuck on a particularly tricky objective or just want to optimize your approach for maximum efficiency and minimal collateral damage (or maximum, if that's your style!), you'll find the guidance you need here.

Remember to always be prepared before starting a mission. Stock up on armor, health, and ammunition. A full arsenal of weapons, from the trusty Pistol to the devastating Rocket Launcher, can make all the difference. Utilize safehouses to save your progress frequently, especially before attempting a challenging mission.

Toni Cipriani's Early Missions (Portland)

"Slacker"

Mission Giver: Vincenzo Cilli

Objective: Collect Vincenzo's protection money from various businesses and deliver it to him.

Step 1: Get a Vehicle. Grab any car nearby. A fast car isn't strictly necessary, but it will speed things up.
Step 2: Collect Money from the First Business. Drive to the marked location on your radar, usually a store in Portland. Park outside and enter the red marker.
Step 3: Deal with the Refusal. The owner will refuse to pay. You have two options:
- Option A (Violent): Beat the owner until he drops the money. A few punches with your fists or a swing with a Baseball Bat will suffice. Be mindful of attracting police attention if you're too aggressive.
- Option B (Intimidation): Smash up some of the store's interior. Destroying shelves or display cases will usually convince the owner to pay up. Again, be quick to avoid a wanted level.
Step 4: Collect Money from the Second Business. Drive to the next marked location. This time, the owner will likely pay without much fuss after hearing about your previous "visit."
Step 5: Deliver to Vincenzo. Once you have both bags of money, drive back to Vincenzo's apartment in Portland. Park in the red marker to complete the mission.

Strategy Tip: For a quick and clean run, use a vehicle that can take a few bumps, like a Perennial or a Blista Compact. If you get a wanted level, quickly lose it before heading to the next objective or Vincenzo's. A quick respray at a Pay 'n' Spray can be a lifesaver.

"Frighteners"

Mission Giver: Vincenzo Cilli

Objective: Scare three union bosses into backing down from their demands.

Step 1: Acquire a Vehicle. Vincenzo will provide you with a vehicle, usually a Stallion or a similar sturdy car. Get in.
Step 2: Locate the First Union Boss. Drive to the marked location on your radar. The first boss is usually found near the docks.
Step 3: Scare the First Boss. Ram his car repeatedly until his "Scare Meter" fills up. Don't destroy his car completely, or the mission will fail. A few solid hits should do the trick.
Step 4: Locate and Scare the Second Union Boss. Drive to the next marked location. Repeat the ramming process.
Step 5: Locate and Scare the Third Union Boss. Head to the final marked location. This boss might try to flee or fight back. Continue ramming his vehicle until he's scared enough.
Step 6: Return to Vincenzo. Once all three bosses are sufficiently "frightened," drive back to Vincenzo's apartment to complete the mission.

Strategy Tip: The key here is controlled aggression. Don't use weapons, as this will likely destroy the target vehicles and fail the mission. Focus on sustained ramming. If your vehicle takes too much damage, you can quickly switch to another car, but be aware that the union bosses might get away if you take too long.

Salvatore Leone's Missions (Portland)

"The Offer"

Mission Giver: Salvatore Leone

Objective: Drive Salvatore to a meeting with the Sindaccos and protect him.

Step 1: Pick Up Salvatore. Head to Salvatore's mansion in Portland. Enter the red marker to trigger the cutscene and pick him up.
Step 2: Drive to the Meeting Point. Follow the radar to the meeting location, usually a secluded spot in Portland. Drive carefully, as Salvatore is a VIP.
Step 3: Protect Salvatore. Once you arrive, a cutscene will play, and the Sindaccos will ambush you. Immediately exit the car and take cover.
Step 4: Eliminate the Sindaccos. There will be several waves of Sindacco thugs. Use your Pistol or Micro SMG to take them down. Prioritize enemies with visible weapons. Keep an eye on Salvatore's health bar; if he dies, the mission fails.
Step 5: Return Salvatore to his Mansion. After all the Sindaccos are dealt with, get back in the car with Salvatore and drive him safely back to his mansion.

Strategy Tip: Before starting this mission, ensure you have full health and armor. A Micro SMG is highly recommended for the shootout, as its rapid fire can quickly dispatch multiple enemies. If you're low on ammo, look for weapon pickups dropped by defeated enemies. Utilize the car as cover during the shootout, but don't stay in it, as it will take too much damage.
