100% Completion Rewards

Achieving 100% completion in Liberty City Stories is a significant undertaking, requiring you to complete all main missions, side missions, unique jumps, hidden packages, and more. The rewards for this monumental effort are substantial and truly enhance your continued gameplay.

• Infinite Sprint: Tired of Toni huffing and puffing after a short jog? Upon reaching 100% completion, Toni gains the ability to sprint indefinitely without losing stamina. This makes traversing the city on foot much more efficient and escaping the law a breeze.
• Double Health: Your maximum health capacity is permanently doubled, increasing your survivability in firefights and against the city's various hazards. This is a game-changer for tackling challenging side activities or simply enjoying a longer rampage.
• Double Armor: Similar to health, your maximum armor capacity is also doubled. Combined with double health, Toni becomes a formidable force, able to withstand significantly more damage before being taken down.
• All Weapons at Safehouses: Every safehouse you own will now feature a full arsenal of all weapons available in the game, complete with maximum ammunition. This eliminates the need to constantly visit Ammu-Nation or scour the city for specific firearms. Simply visit any safehouse to re-arm yourself for any situation.
• Special Vehicles Spawn: Certain rare and powerful vehicles will begin to spawn more frequently and in specific locations. Keep an eye out for vehicles like the Rhino tank and the Hunter helicopter, which become accessible for some serious post-game mayhem.

Side Mission & Activity Completion Bonuses

Vehicle Missions

Completing all levels of the various vehicle-based side missions provides permanent benefits:

• Paramedic (Level 12):
  • Reward: Infinite Sprint.
  • Strategy: Locate an Ambulance (often found outside hospitals in Portland, Staunton Island, and Shoreside Vale). Enter it and press the indicated button to start the mission. The key is efficient driving and quick patient pick-ups and drop-offs. Prioritize patients closer to the hospital and avoid unnecessary detours.
• Firefighter (Level 12):
  • Reward: Toni becomes fireproof.
  • Strategy: Find a Fire Truck (typically at fire stations in each district). Start the mission and extinguish all vehicle and pedestrian fires within the time limit. Use the water cannon effectively by aiming at the base of the flames. Be prepared for increasing difficulty with more fires and tighter time limits.
• Vigilante (Level 12):
  • Reward: Double Armor.
  • Strategy: Acquire a Police Car, Enforcer, or FBI Car (steal from police stations or provoke a wanted level). Activate the mission and hunt down criminals marked on your radar. Use effective combat techniques and vehicle ramming to neutralize targets quickly. Be mindful of your wanted level as it will increase with each level.
• Taxi Driver (100 Fares):
  • Reward: All Taxis become jump-capable.
  • Strategy: Get into a Taxi and start the mission. Pick up passengers and deliver them to their destinations within the time limit. Focus on smooth driving and using shortcuts. Completing 100 fares can be done across multiple sessions.
• Trashmaster (Level 12):
  • Reward: Increased health regeneration (passive).
  • Strategy: Locate a Trashmaster (often found in industrial areas like Harwood, Portland). Start the mission and collect all garbage bins within the time limit. The Trashmaster is slow, so plan your routes carefully and avoid collisions.

Unique Jumps & Hidden Packages

• Unique Jumps (16 Total):
  • Reward: $1,000 for each successful jump, plus a bonus for completing all.
  • Strategy: Consult a map guide for the precise locations of all 16 Unique Jumps spread across Liberty City. Use fast vehicles like the PCJ-600 or a sports car to ensure you get enough speed and height. Landing cleanly is crucial for a successful jump.
• Hidden Packages (100 Total):
  • Reward: Various weapon spawns at your safehouses for every 10 packages collected, culminating in a Flamethrower, Minigun, and Rocket Launcher at 100 packages.
  • Strategy: These packages are scattered throughout all three islands. Use a comprehensive map guide to pinpoint their exact locations. Some are easily accessible, while others require careful platforming or specific vehicle use. Collecting all 100 is essential for a complete arsenal.

Rampages

• Rampages (20 Total):
  • Reward: $1,000 for each completed rampage.
  • Strategy: Find the skull icons on your map. Each rampage challenges you to eliminate a certain number of enemies or destroy vehicles within a strict time limit using a specific weapon. Prioritize headshots and efficient movement. Some rampages are significantly easier with full health and armor.

Other Notable Unlocks

• New Outfits: As you progress through the main story and complete certain side missions, new outfits for Toni will become available in your safehouse wardrobes. These are purely cosmetic but offer a nice way to customize your character.
• Vehicle Spawns at Safehouses: After completing certain missions or acquiring specific vehicles, they may begin to reliably spawn outside your safehouses. For instance, the Hearse will appear after "The Sicilian Gambit."
