The choice of crew members is crucial. Higher-skilled crew members demand a larger cut but perform better, reducing risks. Lower-skilled crew members take less money but are more prone to mistakes. For a first playthrough, the 'Smart' approach is generally easier and yields more profit if executed well. Acquire all necessary equipment as instructed by Lester.
