Jerry Martinez is Victor's primary antagonist throughout much of the game. He's corrupt, manipulative, and constantly tries to undermine Victor. Your final confrontation with Martinez occurs during the mission 'Light My Pyre'. He will be heavily armed and protected by his goons. The key to defeating Martinez is to use heavy weaponry and cover effectively. Prioritize eliminating his bodyguards first to reduce incoming fire. Martinez himself is quite resilient, so sustained fire from an M4, AK-47, or even a Spaz-12 shotgun will be necessary. Utilize grenades or a rocket launcher if you have them to clear out groups of his men quickly. Stay mobile and use health/armor pickups if available. The reward for defeating him is the completion of the main storyline and a significant cash bonus.
