Vice City Stories features 99 Red Balloons (replacing Hidden Packages from other GTA titles) scattered across the map. Collecting these provides various rewards, including weapons spawning at your safehouses, increased health, and cash bonuses. Finding all of them is required for 100% completion. Additionally, there are 36 Unique Stunt Jumps and 35 Rampages. While not 'hidden' in the same way as balloons, completing them all contributes to your overall game completion and unlocks rewards. Use online maps or guides to pinpoint their exact locations, as some can be very well-concealed.
