With your new threads on, drive to Cortez's yacht, which is marked on your mini-map. The yacht is located in the Viceport area. The drive will take you through some of Vice City's more affluent neighborhoods. Enjoy the scenery and get a feel for the city's layout. Once you arrive at the dock, park your car and walk onto the yacht.
A series of cutscenes will play, introducing you to characters like Mercedes Cortez, Ricardo Diaz, and Avery Carrington. Pay close attention to their interactions, as these individuals will play significant roles in Tommy's future. The party concludes with Tommy being tasked with finding out who ambushed the drug deal.
