Walkthrough:

Acquire the Voodoo: The mission begins with Umberto explaining the plan. You'll need to find a Voodoo car and drive it into the Haitian compound. The easiest way to do this is to locate one on the streets of Little Haiti.
Infiltration: Once you have a Voodoo, drive it towards the Haitian compound. The guards will recognize the car and allow you to pass through the gates. Be careful not to ram into anything or draw attention to yourself before entering.
Locate the Target: Inside the compound, you'll need to find the specific Voodoo that Umberto wants. It's usually parked within the main courtyard. Drive up to it and Tommy will automatically attempt to steal it.
Escape: As soon as Tommy gets into the target Voodoo, the Haitians will become hostile. You'll likely acquire a wanted level. Your primary goal is to escape the compound and drive the Voodoo back to Umberto's location.
Delivery: Drive carefully back to Umberto's garage. The Voodoo is not particularly fast or durable, so avoid engaging in prolonged firefights. Focus on reaching the destination safely.
