  • Health Bar (Top Left): Your overall health. Depletes from damage, disease, or starvation.
  • Stamina Bar (Below Health): Depletes when sprinting, attacking, or performing strenuous actions. Regenerates over time.
  • Macronutrient Rings (Bottom Left): These four rings represent Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, and Hydration. Keeping them full is vital for survival.
  • Sanity Meter (Bottom Left, below Macronutrients): Decreases from eating raw food, seeing disturbing things, or being in the dark. Low sanity can cause hallucinations.
  • Watch (Bottom Right): Displays time, date, and your current coordinates. Essential for navigation.
  • Quick Slots (Bottom Center): Displays items assigned to your quick-select slots.
  • Status Icons (Above Quick Slots): Indicate various buffs or debuffs (e.g., bleeding, fever, parasites). Hover over them for details.

Regularly checking your UI is the first step to addressing any immediate threats to your survival. Don't ignore warning signs!
