Inside the Oak Lab, you'll find the deactivated BURG.L robot. To activate him, you'll need to locate a BURG.L Chip. This chip is often found in a nearby, slightly hidden area within the lab itself. Once activated, BURG.L will provide you with quests and access to the Raw Science store.
