Location: City of Tears (Soul Sanctum)
The Soul Master is a mage who teleports frequently. His attacks include homing orbs, a ground slam, and a spinning orb attack. Stay mobile and try to hit him after he teleports or finishes an attack. Use Vengeful Spirit when he's far away. In his second phase, he's faster and adds a fake-out slam. Be patient and learn his patterns. Reward: Desolate Dive spell.
