Scattered throughout Hallownest are the spirits of fallen warriors, known as Dream Warriors. Using the Dream Nail on their corpses will transport you to a dream realm where you can fight their spectral forms. Defeating them grants a significant amount of Essence. Additionally, some main bosses have more powerful 'Dream' versions (e.g., Failed Champion, Soul Tyrant) that also reward large amounts of Essence.
