Consumables in Honkai: Star Rail are single-use items that provide temporary buffs or restore resources, offering a tactical advantage in challenging encounters. While not as impactful as character abilities or equipment, they can be the difference-maker in tough fights, especially in modes like Memory of Chaos or Pure Fiction. Crafting allows you to create some of these valuable items, ensuring you always have a supply on hand.

The primary crafting station is the Omni-Store, accessible from the Interastral Peace Corporation's main menu. Here, you can use gathered materials to synthesize various consumables. The most common consumables include:

• Energy Drink: Restores a small amount of Skill Points. Essential for teams that heavily rely on Skill Point usage.
• Revival Pill: Instantly revives a downed ally with a small amount of HP. A lifesaver in critical situations.
• Attack Boosters (e.g., Crimson Arrow Gum): Temporarily increases the wearer's ATK.
• Defense Boosters (e.g., Shield-Strong-White): Temporarily increases the wearer's DEF.
• Speed Boosters (e.g., Speed-Up-Blue): Temporarily increases the wearer's SPD.
• Crit Boosters (e.g., Critical-Hit-Candy): Temporarily increases the wearer's Crit Rate and Crit DMG.

To craft these items, you'll need various materials gathered from the game world. These include:

• Raw Materials: Found by breaking objects in the environment, defeating enemies, or purchasing from shops. Examples include Iron, Wood, and Crystal.
• Processed Materials: Created by combining raw materials at the Omni-Store. Examples include Infernal Iron, Starfire, and Condensed Aether.
• Component Materials: Often dropped by specific enemies or obtained from certain quests.

Beyond consumables, the Omni-Store also allows you to craft Relic Scraps, which can be exchanged for random Relics of a chosen set. This is a valuable way to target specific Relic sets for your characters. The crafting system encourages exploration and engagement with the game's various activities to gather the necessary resources.

Managing your consumable inventory is key. Don't hoard them unnecessarily; use them strategically in difficult encounters. For instance, using an Attack Booster before a powerful enemy Ultimate or a Speed Booster to ensure a key character acts before an enemy can be highly effective.
