Daily Training and Assments are fundamental daily activities in Honkai: Star Rail that provide a consistent stream of valuable resources for player progression. Daily Training presents a set of small, achievable objectives that reset each day. Completing these tasks rewards players with Trailblaze EXP, which is crucial for increasing your overall player level, and Stellar Jades, the primary premium currency used for Warping (gacha pulls) for new characters and Light Cones. Beyond these core rewards, Daily Training also offers other essential materials that aid in character and Light Cone ascension and Traces upgrades.
Daily Training Objectives
The objectives within Daily Training are designed to be straightforward and encourage engagement with various game systems. Examples might include defeating a certain number of enemies of a specific element, using a particular character's Skill, or completing a specific number of combat encounters. These tasks are generally quick to complete, making them an efficient way to gather resources without requiring extensive playtime.
Assments for Passive Gains

Upon their return, the characters will have gathered various materials, such as character EXP materials, Credit items, and Trace materials. This system is particularly useful for accumulating resources while offline or engaged in other game activities. It is highly recommended to always have characters assed to missions to maximize passive gains.

To maximize efficiency, aim to complete all Daily Training objectives daily. For Assments, check the available missions and select those that provide materials currently needed for character or Light Cone progression. For instance, if you are focusing on leveling up a specific character, you would prioritize Assments that yield their required ascension materials or EXP items. The synergy between Daily Training and Assments ensures a steady flow of resources, supporting consistent character development and a stronger presence in the game's challenging content.
