Echoes of War: Farming Strategies
Echoes of War are challenging boss encounters within the Simulated Universe that reward players with valuable Relics and other materials. These fights are designed to test your team's strength and synergy, and efficient farming requires a strategic approach.
Here's how to approach farming Echoes of War:
- Unlock Higher World Tiers: The primary way to access better Echoes of War is by progressing through the Simulated Universe's World Tiers. Higher Tiers feature tougher bosses but drop higher-quality Relics, including 5-star pieces. Focus on clearing World 7 and 8 as quickly as possible to access the most sought-after Relic sets.
- Team Composition is Key: Each Echo of War boss has specific mechanics and elemental weaknesses. Analyze these before entering the fight. For example, the Cocolia boss in World 7 often requires Ice and Physical damage to break her shields effectively. Ensure your team has the necessary elemental coverage and a good balance of damage dealers, support, and potentially debuffers.
- Utilize Blessings Wisely: While Echoes of War are boss fights, the path leading up to them in the Simulated Universe allows you to collect Blessings. Prioritize Blessings that enhance your team's damage output, survivability, or provide useful debuffs against the boss. For instance, Blessings that increase CRIT Rate or DMG are invaluable for DPS characters.
- Focus on Specific Relic Sets: Echoes of War are the primary source for obtaining specific Relic sets. If you're looking for pieces for the Space Sealing Station set, you'll need to farm World 7. For Inert Salsotto, you'll need World 8. Identify which sets you need most for your characters and target the corresponding World Tiers.
- Trailblaze Power Management: Farming Echoes of War consumes Trailblaze Power. Be mindful of your daily Trailblaze Power regeneration and prioritize these runs when you need specific Relic pieces. Don't be afraid to use Condensed Resin for more efficient farming sessions.
- Consider Difficulty Levels: Within each World Tier, you can often choose different difficulty levels for the Echoes of War. While higher difficulties offer better rewards, ensure your team can consistently clear them to avoid wasting Trailblaze Power.
