Playstyle: Coordinated Melee & Ranged
Alex (chainsaw) and Ash (pistol) operate as a duo. Alex is the primary attacker, wielding a powerful chainsaw that can clear multiple enemies in a wide arc. Ash provides supporting fire with a pistol, automatically shooting enemies in Alex's line of sight. If Alex dies, Ash is vulnerable, and vice-versa. This requires a more tactical approach, keeping both characters safe.
- Strengths: Chainsaw is powerful and silent, Ash provides ranged support, good for combos.
- Weaknesses: Vulnerable if one character dies, Ash's pistol has limited ammo, chainsaw has a slight wind-up.
- Strategy: Alex should lead, using the chainsaw to clear immediate threats. Ash will automatically target enemies, so position Alex to give Ash clear shots. Use the chainsaw's wide arc to clear multiple enemies. Be mindful of Ash's pistol ammo; if it runs out, he's defenseless. Use doors to stun enemies before Alex moves in. Keep them together and avoid splitting up.
This duo excels at clearing tight spaces and maintaining a steady advance, but requires careful positioning to protect both members.
