Chapter 12: Fun and Games

Welcome to "Fun and Games," Jacket. This chapter throws you into a familiar, yet more chaotic, apartment building. Expect tight corridors, multiple enemy types, and a need for quick reflexes. Your goal here is to clear out all hostiles across three floors.

Recommended Mask: Tony (Tiger)

For this level, we highly recommend the Tony (Tiger) mask. Its increased melee damage and instant kill on punches will be invaluable for conserving ammunition and quickly neutralizing threats in close quarters, especially against the numerous melee-focused enemies you'll encounter.

Floor 1: Ground Floor Gauntlet

The first floor is a brutal introduction. You'll start in a small hallway with immediate threats.

  1. Initial Engagement: Upon entering, move immediately to the right. A Thug with a Baseball Bat will patrol the hallway. Use Tony's mask ability to punch him out instantly.
  2. Kitchen Carnage: Proceed into the kitchen area. You'll find a Shotgun on the counter. Grab it. Two more Thugs, one with a Knife and another with a Fists, will rush you from the dining room. Use the Shotgun to dispatch them quickly.
  3. Living Room Sweep: Enter the living room. A Guard with a Pistol will be facing away from you, near the window. Silently approach and execute him with a melee weapon or a quick Shotgun blast. Be wary of a second Guard with a Machine Gun who might be patrolling further down the hall.
  4. Hallway Clearance: The long hallway leading to the stairs often contains another Thug with a Pipe. Use the corners for cover and peek-and-shoot tactics with your Shotgun, or bait him into a melee engagement.
  5. Stairwell Ascent: Once the first floor is clear, head to the stairwell on the far right of the map.

Floor 2: Apartment Ambush

The second floor introduces more varied enemy placements and a slightly more open layout.

  1. Stairwell Exit: As you exit the stairwell, a Thug with a Fists will likely be patrolling the immediate area. Take him down with a quick melee attack.
  2. Left Apartment: Enter the apartment directly to your left. Inside, you'll find a Guard with a Shotgun and another Thug with a Knife. Use the doorway as a choke point. Lure one out, deal with them, then engage the other. A Katana can often be found in this apartment, which is excellent for silent takedowns on the next floor.
  3. Right Apartment: The apartment to your right typically houses a Guard with a Pistol and a Thug with a Pipe. Consider throwing your current weapon to stun one, then quickly eliminate the other.
  4. Central Corridor: The central corridor often has a patrolling Guard with a Machine Gun. Use the open doorways for cover and wait for an opportune moment to strike.
  5. Stairwell to Third Floor: Clear the entire floor before proceeding to the stairwell on the left side of the map.

Floor 3: Rooftop Rendezvous

The final floor is a more open space, but still packed with danger. This is where the "Fun and Games" truly escalate.

  1. Immediate Threat: As you ascend, a Guard with a Machine Gun will be positioned near the stairwell exit, often facing away. This is a prime opportunity for a silent execution if you have the Katana.
  2. Rooftop Patrols: The rooftop area is patrolled by several enemies:
    • Two Thugs with Fists or Knives.
    • One Guard with a Pistol, often near the opposite end of the roof.
    • A final, tougher Guard with a Shotgun, usually positioned to cover a wide area.
  3. Strategic Engagement: Use the various rooftop structures and air conditioning units for cover. Prioritize the ranged enemies first. Throwing weapons are incredibly effective here to stun and then finish off opponents. If you have the Shotgun from earlier, it's excellent for quickly clearing groups or dealing with the Shotgun Guard.
  4. Final Clearance: Systematically clear the rooftop. Be patient and use the environment to your advantage. There are no additional objectives once all enemies are eliminated.

Once the last enemy falls, the chapter concludes. Good luck, Jacket. Make it a bloody good time.
