Many of the game's masks are unlocked by achieving specific grades on missions. Typically, an 'A' or 'A+' grade on a particular chapter will unlock a new mask. Each mask offers a unique ability, so unlocking them all provides a wider range of tactical options for future missions. Experiment with different masks on levels you've already completed to practice and improve your scores. Some masks are also found as hidden collectibles within levels.
