Basic Controls & Movement

Understanding the basic controls and movement mechanics is your absolute first step towards becoming a master flipper in House Flipper. For movement, you'll primarily use the WASD keys: W to move forward, S to move backward, A to strafe left, and D to strafe right. The Spacebar is used for jumping, which can be helpful for reaching slightly elevated areas or navigating small obstacles. Holding down the Shift key while moving will activate a sprint, allowing you to traverse larger properties more quickly. The mouse is your primary tool for controlling the camera, allowing you to look around the environment in 360 degrees, and for interacting with objects and tools. Left-clicking with your currently equipped tool will activate its function – whether it's painting a wall, demolishing a structure with the Sledgehammer, or cleaning a floor with the Mop. Right-clicking will typically bring up a radial menu, offering quick access to other tools or actions, streamlining your workflow. Familiarizing yourself with these fundamental controls will make your initial steps in the game much smoother and more intuitive.
