You'll eventually find a small submarine. To operate it, climb inside and interact with the controls. There's usually a lever for forward/backward movement and another for ascending/descending. Practice navigating the submarine through underwater passages, avoiding obstacles, and reaching specific points. It can be a bit clunky, so be patient.
