While Kenshi is designed to be challenging, some players utilize certain mechanics for faster progression. For instance, repeatedly getting knocked out by weak enemies and recovering can rapidly boost Toughness. Using a character with high Stealth to 'steal' items from shop counters and then selling them back to the same shopkeeper can generate quick cash. Imprisoning hostile NPCs and using them as training dummies for combat skills is another common tactic. These methods can accelerate your power curve but may reduce the intended challenge.
