Kloe Rinz, the Princess of Liberl, is a potent Arts user. Her builds should focus on maximizing her ATS and EP. Quartz like "Mind 5" and "EP Charge" are essential for her. She has access to a wide array of offensive and healing Arts, making her a versatile addition to any party. Her S-Craft, "Seraphic Ring," is a powerful area-of-effect healing spell that can restore a significant portion of the party's HP.

Experimentation is key. Don't be afraid to respec your quartz if a particular strategy isn't working. The game's combat system rewards strategic party composition and thoughtful quartz allocation.
