These consumables are your primary means of restoring lost HP outside of character abilities and can be the difference between victory and defeat, especially during challenging boss fights or when you're low on EP for healing arts. Stocking up on the right items before venturing into dangerous territories is a crucial part of preparation.

The most basic and essential healing item is the Tear Drop. This item restores a small amount of HP to a single target. While its healing power is modest, it's incredibly useful for topping off HP between battles or for quickly recovering from minor damage. They are generally inexpensive and readily available from most shops.

As you progress, you'll encounter more potent healing items. The EP Bottle, while primarily for EP recovery, can sometimes be mistaken for an HP item. However, the true upgrade in HP recovery comes with items like the Healing Potion. This item restores a moderate amount of HP to a single character.
